The Agency was founded in 1991 by Architect Rafael Santa Cruz y Carrillo de Albornoz in the Malaga City.

Since the beginning our goal has been to design architectural projects that meet the functional needs within our clients’ budget while designing the most expressive plans that fit in and accentuate their environment.

Project location  a dominant factor in the design style created and carried out throughout the construction process  while the use of the latest technological innovations serve to create efficient buildings.  We make every effort to construct  environment friendly structures.

We are specialists in both zoning and construction.

Our involvement with zoning has included collaboration with Governmental projects such as Partial Plans, Special Plans, PERI, Detail Studies, Urban Development, etc.  We have also collaborated with the Development Ministry of Malaga.

Our experience and expertise in construction has included several different ground types and construction use: Every kind of private dwellings, hotels, hospitals, nursing homes, industrial and commercial buildings.


We have ample experience in new construction, and reforms of public and private building and have worked for the Junta de Andalucia with Reformation of Buildings and Neighborhoods for more than ten years.

Our team consists of more than 20 full-time employees as well as contributions from out-sourced specialists.  We are responsible for projects from the concept until completion, including all aspects of design, style, and legal and administrative obligations.

Member of the Malaga Judicial Architectural Corp, we are very aware of the legal ramifications of our projects.
