The building subject of this project is conceived as a sort of multi-family housing open at height.

The management of the site is done by implementing a building consisting of two symmetrical blocks from the street Orfila (highest facade). These blocks will be attached to each other by expansion joints and will be equipped in turn two vertical circulation for each.

Functionally they are located on the ground floor shops and six floors of houses, with a total of 144 units.

Above this height, is designed under the cover story aimed at storage building. And underground project conexionadas two floors of parking for a single ramp. The projected number of parking spaces is 176.
