Based on the study prepared for the EU Detail TB-11 and according to the General Plan establishes as the sort of building in the "MC" the mandatory road alignment.
With respect to the management of volumes, given the terrain, the volumes are adapted in stages to the topography, as proposed road levels. Thus, it raises a total of 11 modules, conforming them 8 alignments proposed in the Detailed Study and forming the "Closed Apple", and the other 3 located inside.
All these modules will be attached to others through expansion joints and shall be equipped with a ladder for each of them. Thus is achieved by staggering between them, if required, the adaptation to different vials and final levels of the different interior dimensions proposed.
With regard to the development of the plot is located the main entrance to the building complex by the main road via a pedestrian path that crosses a zone. Such access outside together in the portal, it is a large open space located on the ground floor of module 4, prior to the block interior courtyard that distributes via stairs and galleries dwellings located in the first four modules and a wide area garden with outdoor swimming pool in the central interior of the lot.
